HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?Updated a month ago

If you chose our standard service (shipped with EVRI) and you have placed your order with standard delivery, please expect your order 2-3 working days after dispatch, and not from the moment the order is placed. If you've not received your order after 5 working days, please do reach out to Member Happiness.

If you've not received your package after 5 working days, you can click on the tracking link included in your order dispatch email. 

For express service expect delivery the next working day, postcode eligibility applies. Daily cut-off times for same-day dispatch (weekdays only) is 5PM GMT. Orders placed after our cut off time of 5pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Please note, if an order is placed after 5pm on Thursday it will then not be dispatched until the following day (Friday) ready for delivery on Monday. This equally applies for all orders placed after 5pm on Friday and over the weekend, which will not be dispatched until Monday ready for delivery on Tuesday.
