WHY DID MY BASKET CLEAR AFTER I LOGGED IN?Updated 2 hours ago

We're sorry for any inconvenience! Please be assured this is not a technical issue, this is a result of an update we've made to make signing in to our website and App even easier. This will just happen the first time you login on the new system if you had been adding to basket while signed out. 

From now on, you won’t need to remember a password - instead, you’ll be logged in automatically, helping to keep your account secure while giving you one less thing to think about.

Note: if you're using our iOS Beauty Pie Members’ App, you’ll need to update to the latest version.

The next time you sign in to your account, you'll be moved over to the new system - it will take just a few seconds:

• Visit beautypie.com and select Sign In
• Enter your email address (the one this email was sent to)
• Check your inbox for a 6-digit code
• Enter the code and you're in. That’s it!

*Once you've signed in using your 6-digit code, you'll stay signed in on that device for up to 365 days. After that, we'll simply send you another code to verify it's you.
