Why aren't I seeing my member prices?

Your member prices are linked to the email address that you use for your Beauty Pie membership. Sign in with that email before you shop to make sure your member prices are applied.

If you're not signed in, or if you sign in with a different email, you'll see our guest prices rather than your member prices. If you check out using any email address except the one associated with your account, this may result in a separate ‘guest account’ being created for you, which means you would be charged at guest prices.

To make sure you get your member prices every time:

• Sign in with the email address linked to your membership before you start shopping.

• Check you're signed in (you'll see your initials at the top right) before you reach checkout.
