WHERE CAN I FIND THE BATCH NUMBER ON MY PRODUCT?Updated 8 days ago

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we will request the batch number where necessary to assist in our investigation of the issue.

The batch number is usually a 4-6 digit number printed or embossed on the product/product box. This can usually be found on the base of the product or imprinted into the crimped seal if the product is in a tube. It can also be located on the bottom of the carton (outer packaging) if the product arrived in a carton. It will NOT begin with the letters AW (this is the artwork number).
