MY MEMBERSHIP HAS FAILED TO RENEW - WHAT NOW?Updated a month ago

Don't worry, it's probably a hiccup related to card expirations or lost card changes - these are the most common problems. When you log into your account you'll see the option to reinstate your membership.

If you wish to re-activate this within 30 days of failed renewal, please use the following steps:

1. Log into your Beauty Pie account

2. Go to the 'Membership & Billing' Section of your account

3. Scroll down to the bottom half of the page where you can view your Membership History

4. On the right-hand side of your previous membership plan, you will be able to select 'Re-activate'

5. Your Membership will be Re-activated

Alternatively, if more than 30 days has passed since your failed renewal, you can simply log into your account and choose the membership plan that you wish to re-join on. By adding this to your basket and checking out, your membership will be re-activated.
