MY BASKET IS SHOWING NON-MEMBER PRICESUpdated 6 days ago

We're sorry to hear that your basket is showing Non-Member Prices. This could be linked to one of two things:


1. Your Membership has Lapsed - In order to access our Member Prices you must have an active membership with us. If your membership has failed to renew or you cancelled your account, you will need to checkout with a membership to access Member Prices once again.


2. You aren't signed in/aren't signed in with the correct email address: 

Your member prices are linked to your account, so the most important thing is to sign in with your membership email before you shop.

If you're not signed in - or if you sign in with a different email - you'll see our guest prices rather than your member prices. Checking out with another email can create a separate guest account.

To make sure you get your member prices every time:

Sign in with the email linked to your membership before you start shopping.

Check you're signed in (you'll see your initials at the top right) before you reach checkout.
