HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?Updated a month ago

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership! You can follow the steps below to cancel/close your account. 

1. Log into your Beauty Pie account

2. Head to "Manage Membership" on the top right-hand side dropdown

3. Select CANCEL next to your active membership

4. You will be presented with your membership end date

Please allow at least 72 hours before your next renewal so we have time to process your request.

The above instructions are for Annual Beauty Pie+ Memberships, Annual Beauty Pie+ Starter Memberships and legacy Monthly memberships, terms and conditions apply.

Beauty Pie+ Memberships (annual) - If you're on an annual membership, and inside your cooling-off period, you may be entitled to a refund of your membership fee. See here for details. If you are outside of the initial 14-day cooling-off period, we can cancel your auto-renewal at any time, no further membership payments will be taken and your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

Monthly Memberships - If you cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of your membership fee. See here for details. If the 14-day cooling-off period has lapsed you will still be able to cancel your membership at any time, however, you will not be refunded your membership fee.
