CAN I RETURN A BEAUTY PIE ITEM IF I DON'T LIKE IT?Updated 8 days ago
We hope you love your purchase! We understand sometimes something may not be quite right for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you further.
A few things to note
To be eligible for a refund, items need to be in their original condition. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ask us for a refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items can't be returned for a refund if they have been opened. Please note that due to the nature of cosmetic products, this restriction applies to many of our products. This applies to face, body, makeup, haircare or supplement items and certain devices that are opened, used or the seal is broken.
Clothing and textiles can be tried on like you would in a store, with the tags attached.
We do not currently have an exchange system in place.
Enhanced Returns Policy
We offer an enhanced returns policy for the products listed below. For these, we accept returns of unused and gently used items free of charge within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Heavily used products are not eligible.

- Uber Youth Chest & Neck Serum-Spray
- C-Wave Light Facial LED Mask
- Dynamo Deep LED Mask
To make a return under our enhanced returns policy, please contact our Member Happiness Team within 30 days of receipt. We offer a free returns service for these items via our pre-paid returns service. If you use your own postal method instead, this will be at your cost and may result in your return taking longer to process.
This does not affect your 14 day cancellation rights if the product is unused, nor does it affect your legal rights.
How BEAUTY PIE returns work:
Request a returns authorisation: Let our Member Happiness Team know you'd like to make a return for eligible items within 14 days of receipt. (Or 30 days for the products listed above eligible for our enhanced returns policy.)
Return your item: We'll provide a prepaid return label for a free and easy return through InPost return lockers. If you are unable to use InPost or choose not to, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Get your refund: Once we receive your item, we'll aim to process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact our Member Happiness Team immediately for assistance.
Important:
Please ensure all returns are authorised by our Member Happiness Team prior to sending back your items. Unauthorised returns may be shipped back to you at your own cost.
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts with unusual return activity, such as returning items that have been used or worn for a long time. In such cases, please contact our Member Happiness Team to discuss the issue.
We can only deal with returns for purchases made at beautypie.com. If you have purchased a product from another retailer, please contact them directly.
For kit purchases, all components must be returned for a refund - we cannot refund individual components.
If you have bought items with a promo code and returned one or some of these items, we will deduct a percentage of the promotion value from your refund.
If you originally paid with credit, we will provide any refund as credit.
