If I take out a Beauty Pie+ Free Trial and buy a product within the trial period, will I be charged a year's membership at the end of the free trial?: If you do not cancel your automatic renewal, you will be charged at the end of the trial period. However, if you purchase product and do not wish to continue onto a paid membership, you do have the option to cancel before your renewal to avoid being charged. There is no catch - cancel any time before the trial ends in the Membership & Billing section of your account.

Can I renew on Beauty Pie+ membership instead of Beauty Pie+ Starter?: Our Free Trial automatically renews on Beauty Pie+ Starter. If you would prefer Beauty Pie+, cancel the automatic renewal of your trial in the 'Membership & Billing' section of your account. When your trial ends, you can rejoin on the Beauty Pie+ annual membership.

Can I take out a Free Trial more than once?: No, there is a limit of one Free Trial per person.

Can I get all the same products while on a Beauty Pie+ Free Trial?: Yes, it is a FREE pass to shop hundreds of high-end products - from the world's best labs - direct from our beauty warehouse.

Do I get free shipping while on a Free Trial?: You can get free shipping on orders £50 or more.

Do I get Beauty Pie+ Benefits (like Free Samples, lower shipping thresholds, or Anniversary Gifts)?: No, these benefits are not available to you while on a Free Trial or when on Beauty Pie+ Starter. They are only available if you are on Beauty Pie+.
